In order to continue to provide the best service possible for both the client and provider we have placed a cancellation and late policy to ensure we are valuing and one another’s time, it goes as followed:
A 40% down deposit is needed to reserve the appointment time with the other 60% being given at the end of completed service. Although we understand last minute events can occur if you cancel your appointment before 48 hrs of appointment start time you will get a full refund of your deposit, anything under 48 hrs will result in a total void of your deposit which will become non refundable. There is no late fee although if you are more than 15 minutes late the appointment will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded. Same day appointment time chagnges could possibly be available for an extra 25% charge of service.
